Mission
- To recruit empathetic, skilled and experienced volunteer mentors, both men and women, to serve the community
- To encourage new and existing businesses and community groups to seek the support offered
- To fund the organisation by maximum use of grants and sponsorships
Vision
To offer free support by volunteer mentors to the Tasmanian community enabling:
- Small businesses to survive and grow
- New businesses to be based on a realistic plan
- Community groups to draw on skills and experience to fulfil their needs
- Provide meaningful volunteer involvement
